Welcome to Groundwave Cleaning LLC. By booking a service through our website or by phone, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding between Groundwave Cleaning LLC and our customers regarding services, scheduling, payments, and expectations.


1. Services

Groundwave Cleaning LLC provides residential cleaning services in San Diego, California and surrounding areas.

Services may include but are not limited to:

• Standard house cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Move-in / move-out cleaning
• Recurring cleaning services

Specific service details will be confirmed during the booking process.


2. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, or approved booking platforms.

By booking a cleaning service, you agree to provide accurate information regarding:

• home size
• number of bedrooms and bathrooms
• condition of the home
• pets in the home

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in adjustments to pricing or service duration.


3. Pricing

Service pricing is based on several factors including:

• home size
• number of bedrooms and bathrooms
• type of cleaning service
• condition of the home

Final pricing may be adjusted if the home condition differs significantly from the information provided at booking.

Customers will be notified before any pricing adjustments are made whenever possible.


4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

We may securely store a payment method to process charges for completed services, cancellations, or applicable fees.

Accepted payment methods may include major credit cards and other payment methods supported through our booking system.


5. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access to the home may result in a lockout fee or full service charge.


6. Access to the Home

Customers are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If our cleaners are unable to enter the home, or if access is delayed more than 20 minutes, a lockout fee may apply.


7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

We will make reasonable efforts to return and address any areas of concern.

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not qualify for a re-clean.


8. Damage or Breakage

Our cleaning professionals take great care when working in your home.

If any damage occurs during service, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Groundwave Cleaning LLC is not responsible for damage caused by:

• normal wear and tear
• pre-existing damage
• improperly secured items
• fragile or valuable items not disclosed to our team

We recommend securing fragile or high-value items prior to service.


9. Pets

We love pets, but customers are responsible for ensuring pets are safely secured during cleaning appointments if necessary.

If a pet poses a safety risk to our cleaning professionals, we reserve the right to discontinue the service.


10. Safety Conditions

For the safety of our team, we may decline or discontinue service if the environment presents unsafe conditions, including but not limited to:

• excessive clutter
• biohazards
• pest infestations
• hazardous materials


11. Recurring Services

Recurring cleaning services (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) may receive preferred scheduling and pricing.

Recurring services may be paused or canceled at any time with appropriate notice.


12. Limitation of Liability

Groundwave Cleaning LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.


13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Updates will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
